We are inviting you to the International Festival of Arts „Morning Star”, which is taking place in some of the most beautiful Bulgarian resorts – the sea resorts Golden sands, during the summer, and ski resort Bansko, during the winter, Sofiya,Pernik . The festival is one of the leading and most prestigious! With each edition it attracts thousands participants and gains greater popularity in Bulgaria!
The camp is not just a camp for trainings and activities for the groups , but also big week-forum, which ends with creative competitions ,master classes,sport activities and excursions,Due to International arts camp Morning star”the participants will succeed to learn a lot of things in many kinds of art, which will help them to discover their new talents and abilities.

Aim of the organizers:
- Provide an opportunity for talented children and adults to fully express their talents
- Development of the various art forms and encouraging children and youth to activities related to arts
- Exchange of artistic experience
- Cooperation between leaders and friendship between the groups
- Popularization of international and national cultural values
- Creation of conditions for rest and relaxation .
- Creating conditions for creative self-expression of children and young people, and their self-realization.
- Meeting with various creative activities.
- Expand relations and share experiences between leaders and teams.
- To help for the conscious revelation of unlimited creative abilities in every person. To develop and affirm the new art, characterized with group-interaction in all kinds of art.
The camp is an exceptional event that teaches, inspires, and entertains.
You will have wonderful memories and new friends!
During these days, you will be able to attend classes led by experts from different countries – they will share their unique experience and creative approach. This will undoubtedly give impetus to your development!
Team leaders are given the opportunity to share experiences and creative techniques in the form of master classes or a working meeting.

The final of the camp – CONCERT – EXHIBITION, will give the participants the opportunity to meet with their audience, to understand how intensive creative work leads to clear and immediate results – they are creators of a cultural product and they are appreciated as creators!

The festival is open to everyone – individual participants, community centers, CDCs, Youth Homes, Academies, Children’s Palaces, private schools, studios, clubs, relaxation schools and more.

CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION
“INTERPRETATION“: The dancer’s ability to follow the rhythm and musicality of the melody, to express them through body movements, the ability to use the movements and technical elements adequately to the music, the dancer’s ability to continue the dance drawing smoothly after “stopping”. “Interpretation” can also be understood as the ability of the dancer to adapt and impose the movements of the music.
“TECHNIQUE“: The performance of movements must correspond to the music, the performance of technical elements, movements and figures(position, accuracy, coordination, balance and control over the body). Usage of the whole space-personally, vertically, horizontally and diagonally. Synchronous.
“CHOREOGRAPHY“: Distribution of movements. Figures, according to the dance context, costumes and music. Matching the repertoire with the age of the performers.
“IMAGE“: Acting, presentation of the dancers on the stage. The artist’s ability to show emotions and feelings. Introductory and final presentation of the dancers.

FINE ARTS SECTION
The paintings will be drawn during the festival, the technique is free to choose.
The drawing theme will be given in the beginning of the festival.
The organizers provide only paper and canvas.
Paintings will be arranged in an exhibition at the Gala Concert.

Criteria for evaluation:

CLASSIFICATION
The ranking is done with a point system.
The maximum score for one criterion is 10. Total maximum score is 40.
First place | 37- 40 points |
Second place | 31 – 36 points |
Third place | 26 – 30 points |
Therefore, there may be no first, second, or third places in a particular category and several participants may be ranked in the same place in one category.
The judging is closed (in the program and in the jury protocols only the start number and the name are indicated).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. | The organizers have the rights of recording and broadcasting the performances from the festival. |
2. | The group leaders take responsibility about accidents and injuries of their performers. |
3. | The expenses for the stay period to the groups and the accompanying people with them (travel expenses, daily expenses) are for their own expense. |
4. | The expenses for prizes, technical, stage and medical services are responsibility of the organizers. |
5. | The group leaders are been kept responsible for the behavior of their groups during the event, paying the damage caused in the hotels. |
6. | The participants are responsible for their costumes, properties and personal things. |
7. | The duration of solo, duo, trio/ dance section/ performances must not be up to 2 minutes. |
8. | The duration for the performance must be written when you send your request! Incorrect submission of the duration will be sanctioned with stopping the performance! |
9. | Program of the festival is determined by the organization and production team and is not subject to any comment. To participate in the Gala Concert are allowed groups and individual performers who had taken the first places in their categories and are proposed by the jury for the Gala Concert. |
10. | The organizers reserve the right, if necessary, to change the program. |
11. | The decision of the jury for the final ranking of the teams is not subject to comment. |
12. | By submitting the application, you acknowledge and agree with the terms of the festival. |
13. | The manner of conducting and the jury are reserved and subject to copyright. |
14. | Deposit / hotel deposit and festival fee /, if you decide to cancel your participation, are not refundable. |
15. | The accommodation in hotels is only through the organizers and only when you submit your request. |
16. | Short-term accommodation is possible upon request. |
17. | Transfer:- prices on request. |

The price includes VAT and tourist tax:
Full board – Bed & Breakfast + Lunch + Buffet Dinner. Excludes Soft and Alcoholic Beverages.
All inclusive – everything is included in the price: Drinks only during meals – Bulgarian alcohol, coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice, mineral water and carbonated soft drinks in the main restaurant. Use of pools with mineral water (28-32) degrees; thermal area (Finnish sauna, steam bath, contrast shower and shock bucket), outdoor jacuzzi, fitness, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) on site, free parking, use of conference room and outdoor area on schedule, deck chair and umbrella on the beach.
For a group of more than 15 people – 1 leader is free of charge!
IMPORTANT You have the right to cancel your reservation only via letter, sent on email, not later than 15 days before arrival. After the due date, you will need to pay one accommodation day for every person.
*If you confirm your reservation but do not arrive, arrive on the next day or with smaler group, you must pay two days of accommodation for every person. We don`t return the advance payment.
FESTIVAL FEE
Individual artists /solo, duet, trio/ – 25 euro per person
Ensembles, groups, formations, ensembles – 20 euro per person.
One festival fee gives the right for the performer to participate in all dance styles!
If a participant has paid 20 euro festival fee and wants to participate in another format: solo, duet-trio, he has to pay additional – 5 euro per performance.
Festival fee is not paid by the group leaders, assistant leaders of the groups, drivers and medical personnel.
Accompanying people pay festival fee of EUR 15.
Participation in the competition program and master classes of groups and soloists who are not accommodated through the organizers are allowed under the following conditions:
Festival fee – solo / duo / trio – 35 euros / person.
Festival fee / groups /: 30 euros per person
The cost of master classes / certificates are awarded /: one section (style) – 20 euros.
Package / participation in the competition program and in all master classes /: 80 euros.

Deadline for paying the earnest of 30% of the whole sum for reservations: 05.06.2022
