We are inviting you to the International Festival of Arts \u201eMorning Star\u201d, which is taking place in some of the most beautiful bulgarian resorts – the sea resorts Albena, Kranevo, Kiten, Chernomorets and Sozopol, during the summer, and at ski resort Bansko, during the winter. The festival is one of the leading and most prestigious in out country!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With each edition it attracts thousands participants and gains greater popularity in Bulgaria!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DURING OUR FESTIVAL, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR ONLINE-COMPETITION.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Because of the pandemic situation all over the world, you have the option to participate in XXXI International festival of arts \u201cMorning stat\u201d ONLINE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can send your video files or links from 01th to 10th of August. The videos must be made after 01.01.2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group or individual participant, apply for the festival, in accordance with the regulations of the festival<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video files must be transmitted via links to youtube, DOX or others file sharing platform. Videos Do not remove the video until you receive diplomas. Video must not contain montages or special effects. The record must be in HD, without any technical mistakes and with perfect sound. It can be made on stage, in the dance hall, or recording from another compatition or festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Videos must be renamed with the conditions in our regulation. After that, you send them at e-mail : utrinazvezda@abv.bg<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the video, you must sent the registration form and a payment document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The awards are – I, II, III places. Discounts for festival fee for IFA \u201cMorning stat\u201d 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
