DESCRIPTION:INTERNATINAL FESTIVAL OF ARTS „MORNING STAR “ 02 -06.12.26 BULGARIA / BANSKO\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe are inviting you to the International Festival ofArts „Morning Star”\, which is taking place in some of the most beautiful bulgarian resorts – the sea Resorts Golden Sands\, during the summer\, and at ski resort Bansko\, during the winter. Incorrect submission of the duration will be sanctioned with stopping the performance! \n\n\n\nFor participation in the festival the music has to be sent to: \n\n\n\ne-mail: festival_utrinnazvezda@abv.bg \n\n\n\nThe music file should be named as follows \n\n\n\nCRITERIA FOR EVALUATION\n\n\n\n“INTERPRETATION”\n\n\n\nThe dancer’s ability to follow the rhythm and musicality of the melody\, to express them through body movements\, the ability to use the movements and technical elements adequately to the music\, the dancer’s ability to continue the dance drawing smoothly after “stopping”. “Interpretation” can also be understood as the ability of the dancer to adapt and impose the movements of the music. \n\n\n\n“TECHNIQUE”\n\n\n\nThe performance of movements must correspond to the music\, the performance of technical elements\, movements and figures(position\, accuracy\, coordination\, balance and control over the body). Usage of the whole space-personally\, vertically\, horizontally and diagonally. Synchronous. \n\n\n\n“CHOREOGRAPHY”\n\n\n\nDistribution of movements. Total maximum score is 40. \n\n\n\nFirst place37- 40 pointsSecond place31 – 36 pointsThird place26 – 30 points\n\n\n\nTherefore\, there may be no first\, second\, or third places in a particular category and several participants may be ranked in the same place in one category. \n\n\n\nThe judging is closed (in the program and in the jury protocols only the start number and the name are indicated). \n\n\n\n* The prizes are awarded at the discretion of the jury\, organizers and partners of the competition. We reserve the right not to award any of the above prizes. \n\n\n\nGENERAL CONDITIONS\n\n\n\n1.The organizers have the rights of recording and broadcasting the performances from the festival.2.The group leaders take responsibility about accidents and injuries of their performers.3.The expenses for the stay period to the groups and the accompanying people with them (travel expenses\, daily expenses) are for their own expense.4.The expenses for prizes\, technical\, stage and medical services are responsibility of the organizers.5.The group leaders are been kept responsible for the behavior of their groups during the event\, paying the damage caused in the hotels.6.The participants are responsible for their costumes\, properties and personal things.7.The duration of solo\, duo\, trio/ dance section/ performances must not be up to 2 minutes.8.The duration for the performance must be written when you send your request! Incorrect submission of the duration will be sanctioned with stopping the performance!9.Program of the festival is determined by the organization and production team and is not subject to any comment. The name of the dance \n\n\n\nModel Music Section: FS\, III\, S\, Petya Petrova\, 1 You are beautiful  \n\n\n\nModel Dance Section : CB\, II\, DT\, Simona Petrova\, Peter Ivanov\, Ballet Fiery\, Pas de deux from the ballet Swan Lake \n\n\n\nDeadline for sending – together with the application for participation \n\n\n\n* An artist who has not sent music for his participation will not be admitted to the competition. \n\n\n\n* A performer who sends music after the specified deadline will have to pay an additional 10 euros. \n\n\n\nFINANCIAL CONDITIONS\n\n\n\nFESTIVAL FEE\n\n\n\n\nSolo/duet/trio – 30 EUR/person.\n\n\n\nGroups – 25 euro per person\n\n\n\nThe festival fee gives the contestant the right to participate in all styles  within one section.\n\n\n\nThe participant paid 25 euros for participation in the group and those wishing to participate in the solo / duet / trio format pay extra 10 euros for each number.\n\n\n\nThe festival fee is not paid: leaders\, assistant leaders of groups\, drivers and medical personnel!\n\n\n\nAccompanying persons pay a festival fee of 15 euros.\n\n\n\nCost of master classes  /certificates are awarded/  one section/style – 10 euros.\n\n\n\n\nAccommodation in hotels is only by prior request and only through the organizers \n\n\n\nHotels in Bansko: Spa hotels 3*\, 4* \n\n\n\nThe price includes: 4 nights in a 3*- 4* spa hotel\,  on FB conditions. \n\n\n\n /Full board – overnight stay\, breakfast + lunch + dinner/ \, use of SPA and swimming pool .
